Technology can be faster than in the real world sometimes, and Twitter just might be the perfect solution for many in an emergency when someone live isn’t immediately available.
In an emergency, you dial 911. Next thing you know, you’re on hold waiting desperately to speak with someone. During that hold time you can now grab someone on Twitter! Check out the video below from CNN when someone tweeted for help and got it, while waiting for the 911 operator to return.
